Animals have been part of my life from the very beginning—from ducks and rabbits to reptiles and dogs while growing up in rural Pennsylvania. Helping my mother care for our diabetic dog, Missy, is what first inspired my journey to becoming a veterinarian. I earned my bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and then moved to California to attend veterinary medical school at Western University of Health Sciences.
Southern California is where my life truly came together—professionally and personally. My husband Dylan and I live in Brea with our four beloved Yorkshire Terriers—Monte, Ronin, Rio, and Tiki.
I have been a doctor practicing veterinary medicine for nine years, with the past four years dedicated exclusively to in-home end-of-life care. This has allowed me to combine my medical skills with genuine compassion—supporting pets and the families who love them.
Through A Compassionate Farewell, I help guide families through this final chapter with gentleness, understanding, and respect—ensuring your beloved companion’s last moments are peaceful, comfortable, and filled with love.
